Alan has overall strategic and financial responsibility for the company and its service delivery to clients.
Alan has been involved in the Sales & Business Development for Parking & Access solutions for over 25 years. Starting as a Sales Manager for PES in the 1990’s responsible for access control systems for car parks, Alan grew into the revenue control sector whereby year on year achieved record sales. He moved to Radford Retail Ltd to join a new division and develop a sales team that saw the company grow to be one of the leaders in the pedestrian access control market within the fitness & leisure sector.
Alan joined S&B (UK) Ltd in 2001 whilst the company was in it’s infancy. In 2011 he was promoted to Sales Director and with 500+ Car Park system sales to his name he has recently taken the role as our Managing Director.
With a successful track-record of proven growth and with his 18-years’ experience with S&B Alan has a developed a sound understanding of all aspects of our business.
Jason has overall responsibility for coordinating all aspects of client delivery.
Jason has been involved in Service Delivery for over 30 years. Having trained as an electrical and electronics engineer, he then worked in the automatic vending industry for 25 years. His early years were spent running his own technical business before moving on to a national vending operator where he led the Operational and Technical teams with over 120 staff.
Having gained an MBA from The University of Bradford, Jason joined S&B (UK) in early 2013 and quickly transformed the ‘traditional’ service delivery model to one that was agile and fit for current and future customer needs. The creation of 7 day service packages, 24/7 engineer availability, and modular service offerings have enabled S&B (UK) to exceed the requirements of a broad spectrum of customers.
Doug has overall responsibility for all finance & accounting functions across the business.
